Zero stars. This company is nothing short of a scam. They towed the vehicle across county lines. Gave us a price to pickup and required cash only. Of course, we showed up with cash and they increased the price by $75, telling us the first guy who told us the price didn’t know what he was talking about. They are also very rude. Extremely shady business out of someone’s house.

These people are professional scam artists. They towed my car from Summit Park all the way to Heber on Saturday night. When I called the next morning, they told me I had to wait until Monday to get my car because the office was closed. When I got there, the lady that attended to me said that I could have gotten it on Sunday for an after hours fee, but still proceeded to charge me a 2 days storage fee. Super sketchy place as well, demanded cash only and the people were extremely unprofessional.

NO STARS This is the worst tow company I’ve ever dealt with! The driver/supervisor was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Around 8 p.m., we realized my sister’s car was missing. We had only been at my friend’s house for about two and a half hours. It turns out the tow company had been in the neighborhood the night before, which is how we figured out who towed the car. They towed my sister’s car from our friend’s driveway, claiming it was parked in the street, even though it was clearly on private property. Meanwhile, there were at least 7-8 other cars actually parked on the street that they left untouched. When we called to confirm they had her car, the person on the phone was dismissive and even hung up on us. When we called back to ask if she could retrieve her belongings from the car, he gave us a hard time and said it would cost money just to get her things. This included essential items like her work laptop, inhaler, wallet, and other personal belongings she couldn’t wait for. After some back-and-forth, he finally agreed to let her retrieve her items because they included money and medicine—without charging her. When we arrived at the tow yard, we called again, and he rudely told us we would have to wait because "they have lives too." Once they finally showed up, my sister said she wanted to take the car home. He then demanded $400 in cash to release it. He also insisted on taking her car keys and asked to see her ID. At this point, I got out of the car because I felt the situation was escalating and my sister needed backup. As I walked toward her, he told me I wasn’t allowed back there. There was no way I was letting my sister go into a dark tow yard alone with a man who had treated her so poorly. After some heated words, he finally agreed to let me accompany her, as long as I showed my ID. When we got to the car, he suddenly demanded to see her registration, which had never been mentioned before. He kept adding new requirements, making the process even more stressful. My sister sarcastically asked if he also wanted to see her social security card, and to our shock, he responded, "Well, do you have it?!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I should report them just right there for identity theft. As she tried to grab simple items like her sunglasses and her backpack—which included her laptop, wallet, and inhaler—he told her, "No, not those," as if she wasn’t allowed to take them. Eventually, we were able to leave, but the entire experience was completely unacceptable. This company is completely unethical and predatory. Towing cars just to squeeze money out of people is wrong and should not be allowed. I’ve contacted the HOA that employed them, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the City of Heber regarding their business license. I have also filed a complaint with the Utah Department of Transportation’s Motor Carrier Division.
