On June 25th, I was hurrying to get my 56 Chevy Belair into the car show at the park in Heber...It had a bad starter, so I sent my wife to Carquest parts. She discovered that they did not have the starter, but they called all of their competitors and found one. They didn't make a dime on that effort but will have my business from now on. Got stuck in the snow heading out to the Narrows up at Strawberry to do some ice fishing. Doug was really helpful and got one of his guys, Scott, to come and get us out. I think they are trying their hardest. Covid seems to be causing issues getting items with all businesses. So not having parts available has become the standard unfortunately. I was disappointed that no staff member had the training or experience to recommend a set of replacement spark plugs for a engine running rich. That seems like a question they should know the answer to.

The guy that helped me on August 23rd around closing time was amazing, eager to assist and determined to find a solution. He definitely went the extra mile and some by replacing my headlight bulb and even attempted to do the driver side as well but due to my fuse box not able to move out of his way easily and neither one of us wanted to cause more or bigger problems. He did the passenger side which was the reason for my visit. Every business needs more employees like him. Thank you again!!
