Joe and his team are great. They not only took care of my school bus in a pinch, but took care of me as well. They treated me like family and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while in town. I'll absolutely call them if I'm in the Fillmore area again. I'd just arrived at a campground when I realized some of my lug nuts were missing and a few of the lug bolts had sheared off. One of my dually tires was loose and close to falling off, so my bus wasn't driveable. Roadside assistance connected me to Joe's shop, who provided the tow and did all the repair work. The tow arrived on time, despite coming from over an hour away. The driver took me back to Joe's shop in a timely manner, and drove carefully which was important to me since my entire home was loaded on his truck. Once at the shop, his team hustled to get my bus unloaded and get the wheels off so they could meet the 5pm deadline for next-day parts delivery. I've never seen a mechanic get to work on my vehicle so quickly! All parts came in the next day as expected and my bus was ready to get back on the road by about 1pm. They even changed the brakes and differential fluid while they were replacing the lug bolts. The best part? Joe let me sleep in my bus while it was parked in his yard overnight, saving me the cost of an expensive motel. He even gave me a car to drive while I was there, plus tips on where to eat and some nearby hot springs. Such kindness! I felt like I was part of the family for a day. The final cost of repairs and parts was very reasonable. I've put 1,500+ miles on my bus since then without issue. Their work holds up. These guys are great! I highly recommend.
