I'm giving this store 5 stars for one reason - Warren! This guy took care of me! Had to get a new battery. He tested and promptly diagnosed the bad battery. He then tried to help remove the old battery but it wouldn't budge, bless his heart. He tried several tools to help, but ultimately couldn't remove the negative terminal, so I had to take the new battery home and swap it out myself using tools and some ingenuity. I brought back the old battery the next day and for my trouble Warren did not charge me a core fee. Dude. Warren's the man! You've got a loyal customer now. See you around.

Shawn (Sean?) and Warren took care of me. Had an issue with my RV batteries and they were fantastic helping resolve it. Needed 3 and they went above and beyond to help and match prices.
