Fair and honest. I’ve had more than one experience where they could have charged me more, but were up front and saved me hundreds of dollars. Unfortunately, most shops today don’t do what’s best for the customer, but the guys at Paul’s do. I never worry that they are trying to upsell me or take advantage of me.

We recently had a check engine light pop up on Mrs. Jeep and after a Google search, she found Paul's Automotive to have favorable reviews that said they were good mechanics and well-priced for the work done. We were able to get in quickly, they ran diagnostic tests sourcing on the issue and gave a reasonable quote for the work and parts needed, we agreed and they began the work. They were very busy and we were lucky to get our vehicle in and back so quickly. After everything was done, they sent a text, we drove down, paid and we were happy with the speed of their service and the services provided. We'll keep Paul's automotive in mind for future needs.
