⚠️Note: If you are on the side of the road, at 2:08am, with a wife & newborn, AND have a flat tire that will NOT budge — you better hope Mason is on call that night. ✅ He got there FAST ✅ He was very friendly ✅Got me exactly where I needed to go Not only did he drop off my car at a shop, but he even went out of his way to help get us home after. Seriously don’t know how that night would have gone if I had called anyone else. Their customer service was very helpful as well and was more than fair with pricing! The only downside was his truck was so clean it made my car look bad ❌ This is one service I hope I never need again, but if I ever do — they have my business.

I’ve only been towed a couple other times and this was my best experience. Brendan was quick to arrive, knew what he was doing, and was actually cool to talk to. I’ll call Stauffer’s again for sure!… Also, his truck interior was cleaner than mine so that’s sayin something about these guys.

Unprofessional, hard to get a hold of them, even harder to get someone to show up when you try to go in person. IF YOU CAN FIND THE YARD and no one is ever at the yard. Took several days and hassle to get my things from my car after an accident despite several calls. I asked to make sure my windows were up within 20 minutes of then taking the car to the yard to prevent damages to my cars interior as a rainstorm was coming, they said they did and I found that was not the case four days and three rainstorms later, I managed to get into my car. They will tell you they'll be there in 45 min and don't bother calling you until past 8pm. My keyfob was also misplaced by then when I requested my insurance take the car from them. It took me asking if i needed to show up with a cop for them to give me access to my vehicle. Don't bother unless you don't care about your car.
