They punished me for being 1/2 hour late by making me reschedule for the next day. I came back the next day and was 1/2 hour early, and they made me wait 2 hours to get my vehicle. They have zero flexibility and are all about themselves. Hopefully, I don't ever have to go back there again.

Omg if the winds of fate ever push you to end up at this place be ready. We called ahead to inquire if we could pull some personal items out of the car that was taken here. The lady said no problem, come down any time. We arrive and they got this funky qr code to check in. The time is not accurate, went from 22 minutes and then down to 5 mins and back up to 23 minutes. The CSRs working just say, wait your turn. It is a business that relies on no income from people like us, walking in. The customer service is worse than Autoowners and Progressive combined.

I was there to try to help my friend who had his car totalled get some things out of the car and they were extremely rude about me even being there to help gather up personal belongings even though my friend struggled to get some of it out due to the accident. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. We had to open the trunk to get things out of it and had to hold power to the car to be able to open it and they threw a fit about that. I wish you could rate zero stars
