Awesome shop to take all your vehicles to! We worked with another local shop for years until they were bought out by Burt Brothers. Service and quality of work declined very quickly and our vehicles were coming back with more problems than they went in with. Found Roy 66 and they have helped us out tremendously since our switch! Quick, honest service and awesome customer service from the whole team. I would give a higher rating if I could!

Update: Jason made it right. He called and I was at work so I called him back. This shop will take care of you! I will use them for further issues as they are honest and ethical. Jason explained EVEYTHING and was kind! Thank you Jason! Old review: I took my car in to get an inspection on an oil leak. They told me it was a failing power steering pump and wanted to charge me $700. I did it on my on for $75. Second, they told me I needed a transmission flush. A transmission flush is preposterous as I literally had my transmission flushed and filled properly by another mechanic. When I got home, I pull the transmission plug with ZERO metal on the magnet and the fluid was bright red. Lastly, a separate oil leak started to occur AFTER they said it was only the power steering pump. I know they cause something to leak. I have never had such a dishonest shop. I have tried calling several times at different times a day so they could offer a solution to make it right, but no one ever answers. I will update my review if they offer to fix the oil leak they caused and offer an explanation for why they thought they needed to flush my transmission. I will wait for a reply from the owner or a manager who has a say to make things right.
