Chris is the battery master. Save your mechanic money and go to O'Reillys' with your battery issues. I spoke on the phone with Chris and told him my year make model and the problem with my no good battery, over the phone he did research on my vehicle to make sure it was within his ability. (Some cars require special mechanical work to get to the battery) then gave me an estimate and told me he would get me taken care of. I called a tow truck, and headed over and he broke down to me step by step what he was doing cleaned the terminals, educated me on specific parts and their functions and ran test for my battery & alternator also. He replaced my battery and made sure I got the best deal possible within 25 minutes. Chris is the go to man for BATTERIES! Great customer service I was very happy with my trip to O'Reilly Auto Parts and will be returning.
