Jackie was EXCELLENT! She works the front desk and was so kind and professional. We just purchased a car and wanted a mechanic shop to look at it before we purchased. They got us in, did the inspection, gave us a detailed report of their findings and didn’t try and push us on any services. I also really liked that they have prices listed, clear to see, so it’s not a “let’s see how much that costs” answer most mechanic shops do. I would recommend these guys to anyone who lives up in Syracuse and needs service’s.
