Dakota helped me today by replacing a rear turn signal bulb. When that didn't fix the problem he discovered that the actual socket was the culprit. He happily replaced that also. Dakota has helped me before and is always so friendly and helpful. I really do appreciate that! Thanks Dakota for being so helpful and representing your company so well.

The reason for the one star is that you hired somebody with such poor customer service ability. "Melissa" was very rude and should definitely not be working with customers. My wife shouldn't have to feel like she's a burden for calling the store and letting them know that's she's there to pick a part up that she paid full price for. She wasn't sure if someone was bringing it out or she should go in. (We are not feeling well that's the only reason we didn't go in right away to begin with) because normally that's what we would do. Please have someone else answer the phones help the customers or do anything that has to do with people!
