Engine repair - took my truck over to ended up been an engine repair, the person that answered the phone was ok at first, we thought everything was going smooth, a few weeks after, I called to get an update and also a final quote since we didnt even know what the final number was going to be, he started getting confrontational, telling me that is not magic to know what the problem is, ok I gave them a few more days, called again, told me thaat the work is almost done and still didnt have a final number, after receiving the vehicle I got a final price of 2500 dollars more than the dealer in Co. and the vehicle is leaking oil, I took it to the dealer, the engine was never replaced, it was just repaired not like the final invoice, we are having the car fix here in Colorado, not even worth getting it back there, it wont even make it to their shop, Im here to let everyone know what happened with this vehicle, hopefully the next person can steer away from this place or at least hold them accountable for their bad work.

We initially had our 2015 Audi A3 Serviced here to replace a broken AC compressor and the spark plugs and ignition coils. Service was quick and efficient, they kept us in the loop the whole time, gave me the ignition coils I used for a refund and got it running perfectly. Last week the Audi started to misfire again, I called and asked if this was normal after a swap out and Dalton said "Bring it to us Monday, and we will take a look." Come Monday we bring the Audi to them around 7:30, they call me with an update by 9:00 AM and give me an outline of what needs be done. They said the ignition coil was not working and replaced it under warranty no problems! They also said we needed a pig coil replaced, but when they looked into they said it didn't need to be repaired. So they alleviated all the problems for the Audi and made sure it wouldn't be any extra cost. They went the extra mile and got our vehicle back on the road easy, fast and well done. I really appreciate how helpful and informative they were through the whole process. I would recommend AutoTech to anyone!
