If you arent a racer then you should expect to be put at the back of the line when trying to have repairs or work performed here. I have had years of experience when it comes to customer service, and I am not impressed with this facility at all. My bike was their 2 months and in those two months I never got a call about what they were doing or if my bike was even being worked on, I always had to call for an update. Then on my last call the owner said my bike will be ready to pick up the next day and that they performed all the work that I asked. Prior to arriving to pick up my bike I was never told all the work wasn't done until I had paid and was getting ready to push my bike out of the shop. Frustrated, upset, and feeling completely mislead and taken advantage of, I called the shop after getting home to ask why the work wasn't completed and with a very unprofessional tone and attitude I was told that "because I wouldn't stop calling and kept bugging them for an update" is why they didn't finish the repair, which sucks because I still paid as if the repair was complete. The icing on the cake was when Ryan told me I could bring my bike back to have them work on it more after I had already loaded and unloaded my bike at home.. Sorry but not sorry to leave a negative review, you had a chance to make it right and blew it! never calling even once, or by not being honest with me prior to me paying and picking up my bike. Even with the referral of a very good friend who has been doing business with this shop for years, I cannot and will not refer anyone to this business ever again

If someone else is working on my bike, that means I trust them with my life. That is what Trackstar brings... people in the race community who can picture the ultimate of what can go wrong under aggressive conditions, and prevent that. Including putting a safety wire on my cauter pin... thank you!
