My truck broke down by Smuggler's Notch, they had came and towed us. Ever grateful. Hopefully they can replace the fuel pump. Update: EFI was short circuiting and ignition coil wasn't sparking got that fixed. I managed to drive it home. But the vehicle is still undrivable. Steep hills Truck dies, come to a stop sign, car dies, I asked to get fuel pump replaced but they said there was nothing wrong with it. I have to hammer the fuel pump to start truck or restart truck while I'm driving. I'm going to replace the fuel pump and see if that helps. Update:5/1/25 I replaced the fuel pump, I am able to idle and I don't lose power going uphills anymore for 5 days now. But last night. I couldn't get truck to start. I'm going to try to get the starter replaced and see if that helps. Once truck does finally start. I have no driving or power issues

10/10 recommend!!!!! From scheduling the appointment, to the spotless waiting room, to the EXCELLENT care they took of my vehicle...I can't recommend this shop enough. They explained what they were doing and why, which is so appreciated. THEY ARE KIND. THEY ARE HONEST. THEY ARE FAIR. THEY ARE EVERYTHING YOU WANT IN AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP. I live in Stowe and had a beyond awful experience with the one shop in town where there's zero customer service, lack of transparency in pricing, filthy waiting area, angry receptionist, no estimates...just awful. Notch Road Auto Repair is THE BEST and well worth the drive from anywhere. I finally feel like my vehicle is in good hands again! Vermont can be tough on cars and it's critical to have a mechanic you can trust.

Amazing experience. Car was overheating and leaking coolant. I was in the area w family for vacation and no other repair company would even look at the car for a week. Despite being booked out a couple weeks themselves they got me in and fixed with a new radiator over Christmas week. Price was reasonable and car drove great for 8 hour trip home the next day. Highly recommend.
