I needed a jump as my battery was dead due to cold weather. R and D was sent out via my AAA roadside assistance coverage. The roadside technician was kind, courteous and helpful. Considering it was an early morning issue, I appreciated the quick response time. Would definitely recommend for roadside assistance

After many tows over the years from R and D for either my vehicles or others vehicles via my AAA membership, I'm glad to say the service is always excellent, the tow drivers are always quick to arrive, courteous and efficient. My last tow by Kyle was as expected- he was kind, friendly and efficient.

R & D Automotive, my car was perfectly fine. It had a ESL failure whilst parked my driveway right after I drove it fine from dunkin. It got towed to your shop and the ESL was repaired but damages were made to the car, likely during towing, that were not present prior. You failed to fix these damages you caused. I paid $487 for the car to become undriveable due to your shop. You will NEVER be recommended ever. Scammers, con artists, terrible customer service. They have no idea how to work on cars. You are better off watching youtube tutorials than giving these clowns even a dime. I DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you own a honda. The only cars they can work on compitently
