Red Cap Marine and salvage was a savior , battery on boat died. I called for a tow late at night, the response was quick, at my boat in less than half an hour with continuous updates to eta. Mike very friendly. Jumped my boat all worked out. Hopefully don't need the service but, if I do will definitely call again.

Big thanks to Mike from Red Cap Marine & Salvage LLV for helping us out. Our engine died while we were on our way a bit south of Isle Lamotte. It was blowing 20 knots gusting 25-30 knots. We called him for help and he answered immediately. We agreed to sail up to the Plattsburgh Boat Bassin and offshore, in front of the Marina. We took the sails down and he towed us. He was calm, professional and reassuring. He maneuvered to bring us to the service dock very smoothly. This allowed us to repair our engine in a safe location. I highly recommend his services. It’s reassuring to know that one can be safely towed when in trouble. Thanks again.
