Mike's Auto was awesome! I have had trouble with my AC unit on my Nissan rogue for the last two years. Originally from VA but here for school. Mike was awesome was able to properly identify the issue within 24 hours and had the parts ordered and fixed within a week all for a reasonable price. This is an issue that other shops I went to refused to work on the AC unit or guesstimated the issue and I paid to replace the most expensive parts of the AC system with the fixes being temporary. Highly recommend, will go back again if I am in the area and need more work done in the future.

I wrote this review initially in 2019. A year later, I added what extraordinary customer service Mike provides. During the pandemic, he picked up my car from my house, had the work completed to his usual high standards, took payment over the phone, had surfaces disinfected, and returned the car to my home. I am grateful to be working with such a considerate business owner. Truly exceptional quality, service and people, and prices that are very reasonable. Communication always is outstanding. Always let's me know if something unexpected is discovered, and I choose what to do. Completely trustworthy. It's now 2024, and Mike's is still the best. Happy customer since 2001!

Called mikes auto because I needed my battery changed. He got me in a half an hour later. Only took a few minutes. I will go back next time I need work done. Great service and friendly people.
