I am so grateful for Chippy’s. I was stranded in Heath, MA in a snowbank. AAA never showed up. After 3+ hours and numerous attempts for private towing, Chippy’s answered and they sent a truck within the hour. I was back on the road within 15 minutes of their arrival. They generously stayed in touch with me the entire duration via text as I was alone, had very limited cell service and it was getting later into the evening. Their customer service is unmatched and their kindness truly exceeded any and all expectations. I hope no one ever finds themselves in a situation like I did, but if you do and are local to Chippy’s, don’t hesitate to call them. They will deliver and go the extra mile. RJ was excellent, my truck was stuck partially in a ditch off the side of a road. Called Chippy’s and they sent a truck out immediately, I was out shortly and for a very fair price. Saved the entire trip. Customer service is beyond high expectations, these are the guys.
