Wow, Alderman's Toyota rocks! I had a seamless and effortless experience between scheduling and being seen by the service department. I was greeted by Sam. He is courteous, friendly and made my experience a joyful one. The other staff I met, were friendly, caring, and efficient, both to me and to other customers, whether in-person or calling on the phone. This experience was well worth my drive from Shaftsbury. This business is a true local gem.

I've been a fan of Alderman's Toyota for over four years now, and today's appointment only reinforced my exceptional opinion of their service department. This was not a routine service appointment, but more of an emergency visit, having to do with a sudden problem with the rear brakes. Instead of asking me to wait two weeks to bring the car in (the best a competing shop could do, and NOT an option), I was able to have the brake issue resolved quickly. A shout out to Service Manager Todd Christian who took good care of me, and personalized the experience. I'll be back!

When Alderman's made a mistake by not rescheduling my appointment when my tires were not going to be there in time, they offered what I thought was an extraordinary solution. They finished the other work on the car while I was waiting, and then offered to drive the 1 hour to my house the next business day, pick up my car, leave me with a loaner, get my new tires on, and deliver my car back to me. That is a total of four hours of driving for them, and I don't have to juggle my schedule for an additional appointment. THAT is how they have earned this five star review. Anybody can make a mistake, but how they handle it is really what counts, for me. Clearly, they care about keeping me as a customer. They respect MY time, and will go out of their way to accommodate. Had they insisted that I stay at the dealer all day waiting for the tires to arrive, or that I drive back to Rutland for an additional appointment, I would have switched dealers for future service appointments in a heartbeat. But this level of accommodation TOTALLY kept me as a customer. All my other dealings with Alderman's have been stellar.
