After having a flat last week,My son bought 2 tires from Walmart which happened to come in earlier today.With said vehicle having been towed to our home my son had to take front tire off that was flat and bring it in first,which he did.No problem there tire gets changed out ,he has to bring other new tire with him back home tells guy there whats going on and he'll be back with car after he puts first wheel with tire back on.Does that.Gets back to Walmart and of course there's a different person.A little blond girl ,yes I said little girl.Thats the nicest way to describe her.She tells him she'll have to check his rear tires tread and you guessed it,she tells him she wont put the new tire on that he just bought and picked up from Macarthur Walmart .Was trying to sell 2 more tires.Needless to say he told her what she would do which is change tire after he took it off his car.Do not recommend getting tires at Walmart,this is just yet another example of how money comes above its customers with this company.Its bad enough you are trying to shop around the employees inside the store who are shopping for customers and they have attitude and just sit their carts in the middle of the aisles,come flying out of the aisles etc...but this pretty much put the icing on the cake.I saw red and wasn't even there.As for me,Im done with Walmart.Make sure they check those receipts after you check yourself out.They don't have customer service anymore,just employees who stand and and watch you ring up and bag your own groceries.In reality you would get a zero if possible.

Today was an unlucky day, I had gotten a flat tire but luckily I had just enough air to get to Walmart. They were about to close but agreed to help with short notice and they saved the day!!! Thank you to the gentlemen who helped me today you were so kind and were LIFE SAVERS!!

Fast and friendly service. Low labor cost. Quality work, and honesty. Here's the story. As soon as I pull in, a young man comes out to greet me and ask what I needed. I told him about my two tires leaking air, and about replacing all four tires. But, after inspecting them, he told me that I can hold off on replacement for several months.. Then he told me that the cost for fixing the two air leaks would only be $10 per tire. Any other place would have most likely sold me new tires. He took the car immediately and was finished with the work within an hour. I was very satisfied with the work and impressed with the young man's honesty. Its been three weeks since the job was done, and the tires are fine. I will return there for an oil change soon.
