These guys are awesome. We were visiting Snowshoe, and our Honda started acting up. Guest Services recommended we reach out to Eddies. We called, at 730 on a Friday night. The gentlemen on the phone listened to a description of the problem, some more details, and then helped to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. I cannot say enough nice things after the positive experience we had with Eddies. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about this place. My family was in town for a reunion and my dad got a flat tire. We looked everywhere in the 25 mile radius for some place that could fix it or give us a new tire. After seeing this garage was 24-7, we went over. Though not in the shop at 7pm that day, we called the number and they answered immediately. After describing our situation, the owner came out and looked at the tire for a fix. The object lodged in the tire was entirely too large to have a plug work and, amazingly, he had our exact size tire available (I honestly thought there was no way). After putting it on the rim and getting us on our way for much less than a Tire Discounters or other big box tire shop would do, we left happy as could be. That in and of itself would be enough for the rating. The very next day, roughly 12 miles away on a Saturday, my own tire got a nail stuck in it and had a slow leak. I called them and let them know I'd be over to the shop for a repair. Once again, despite not being primary hours of operation, he came out to the shop, removed the nail, and put a plug in it. He single-handedly saved our family reunion trip! I watched my tire pressure all the way back home to Columbus and never had an issue. This family is a Godsend and our family is incredibly thankful for their willingness to take the time out of their day to serve the customer - regardless of how inconvenient it was for them. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Dependable, trustworthy, friendly, caring, sympathetic, and fair. Visit them if you ever get the opportunity. They may be a yearly visit for us just to say, "Thank you"!

Was having brake issues while visiting our vacation house. Took it took it to Eddie's and told them what was going on and they took my car right in and found the problem quickly. Got the parts sent over and got it fixed. Guys are very friendly and awesome work at a great price. Highly recommend theses guys. Thanks Eddie's!!!
