My family owns a cabin in Green Bank, and this was my first trip by myself. When I heard a terrible grinding noise from my brakes about an hour and a half away from my destination, I panicked. I made it to my destination, but had no clue what I was going to do. I found this dealership, and carefully took the half hour drive here. I talked to a really helpful receptionist who immediately helped with my concerns. Unfortunately they couldn't get me in just then, they were slammed with cars. They told me a few other places to try and take it too, when most dealerships would just send me away. The other repair shops couldn't take me either, so I decided to go back and see if they could fit me in the next day. They were packed with repair orders, but a kind repair tech took the time to try and find the source of my noise. Within 5 minutes, he found the issue, showed me the problem, and had called NAPA just down the road to see if they had the part I needed. I made it to NAPA safely, did the repair, and the brakes work just fine now. Absolutely amazing customer service for someone who wasn't even a real customer.

Joe and Sam Mitchell saved the day! My daughter and I were towed into their dealership overnight with our camper after breaking down while returning home from Snowshoe mtn. After sleeping comfortably in the camper on the lot. Joe meet me in the parking lot while I was on my way in at about 7:30am (they "open" at 8am). They made room to get my 2014 Chevy Silverado into the shop and quickly diagnosed the issue. Made the repair and had us on the way before noon, with a discount. The wood burning stove in the lobby was very welcoming and my daughter didn't want to leave as she did her schooling there for the day. Joe, Sam and everyone I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Just had an oil change and tire rotation on our '21 Colorado. The service included a quick inspection of the major systems, lube all hinges and the windshield washer fluid was even topped off. All of that for a very reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with my experience at Mitchell Chevrolet.
