I had a blown tire about 6 miles from town on the Belfry Highway with out the right sized spare. After a long wait my Insurance coming finally arranged for Bighorn Towing to come and tow my carry. Our truck broke down in Yellowstone Park and we were thousands of mile from home and three hours away from our RV. Unfortunately the park only has one towing company and they will only tow to one of the entrance gates and then you have to find another company to tow it wherever the repairs are going to happen. Most of the dealerships were two weeks out before they could even look at it to troubleshoot the issue. Bighorn Basin Towing not only picked up my truck but also handled the repairs. I picked my truck up two days later and made it back home to Georgia with no issues. These guys were quick and efficient and I believe very honest. If you’re in that area and need vehicle service, I would highly recommend them. They have it figured out and turned a potential highly stressful situation back into our great vacation with minimal down time. Thank you all very much! Job well done!
