Mixed review. I booked the 3-bedroom suite, with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, perfect for a family. The suite is located on the upper floor of a cabin. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, which can be noisy. For the price, the room could offer better amenities. I'm not talking about TV or internet, since it was clearly explained that there wasn't one. However, the bedding and shower stall could be upgraded. The rustic and quiet side of the place is great, and the location, 5 minutes from the Yellowstone entrance, is perfect. Plus, the restaurant really elevates the experience. Overall I recommend but don't expect a modern cabin, enjoy the nature around!

On our first morning, the staff told us that if we ordered to go, it would only take 10–15 minutes, while dining in would take 20–25 minutes. We chose to go, but we still ended up waiting for about 30 minutes for our food. When we got our food, it was pouring rain outside. I asked if we could sit inside to eat since the rain was so heavy but the staff refused, saying that because we had ordered to go, we could not sit down. That was already disappointing. The next morning was even worse. I ordered the 2 eggs over easy with bacon, fries, and a biscuit — exactly what is listed as a combo on their menu for $13.99. Instead of giving me the combo price, they charged each item separately. Because we ordered two, the total came out to almost $50, even though it should around $28. When I pointed out the mistake, the waiter called manager, the manager was extremely rude. I showed that my order matched the combo exactly, but they refused to fix the bill or refund the difference. Even worse, she just took my food away and just let me leave. This is completely unacceptable. Because they are in Yellowstone park where dining options are very limited. They clearly took advantage of the fact that my friend doesn’t speak English and their attitude was hostile when we tried to resolve the issue. We couldn’t even find local police or any authority nearby to handle it, which made the situation even more frustrating. This behavior feels dishonest, exploitative, and unprofessional. Customers should not be overcharged for a listed combo, refused basic courtesy when it’s raining, or have their food taken away after paying.

Would not give them a star at all except had to. The room supposedly had a queen and twin bed. The queen was actually a double bed. The room smelled of raw sewage and mold. The floor felt as if it were falling in front of the bathroom. There was no air or heat. No WiFi and no TV. We did not get any sleep due to the smell and being cold. When I checked out and told the gentleman, his only response was that had never happened before. For the price we paid for this room he should have been more accommodating. The only thing good about this place was that the restaurant food was very good, but pricey. Would not recommend stopping there unless you want a pricey meal
