Perfect service and very friendly Staff. We stranded with our European Overlander truck in Rawlins and the alternator appeared to be burned. The O’ Reilly staff did everything to help us with tools, parts and knowledge to get us back on the road.

Called ahead to check availability, super friendly and polite. Went in later, plenty in stock. Worker was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Asked if I needed anything, remembered me from the call. Reminded me of the size wipers I needed without asking. He offered to install them for me, which is a free service they provide. I declined because I feel better trying to remember how to do it even if it takes me a few minutes. Would have loved this service as a new car owner when each junker had different style wipers and I was usually learning how to replace them in the rain.
