11/15/2025 I had my upper radiator hose blow on my truck going up the hill coming out of Rawlins, called my company to get a service guy out but couldn't my road assist called and got to me fairly quickly, AJ was a fantastic guy, very professional and awesome guy to help a driver out of a jam, will definitely have Stauffers in mind if I'm ever in the area and need a quick tow!

I had an issue with my truck that required a tow 120 miles. Once Stauffer’s was dispatch to me, I was immediately contacted by A.J. Speaking with him for about 2 minutes on the phone, I felt I was going to be in good hand. He arrived within minutes. He explained the steps needed in order to have my unit ready for transport. My unit isn’t your typical truck and A.J had to improvise a way to secure my unit. He made several stops along the 120 mile journey to inspect the unit. On top of his professionalism, we had a great conversation along the 120 mile journey. I highly recommend Stauffer’s for your wrecking needs and hopefully you get A.J.

Jeff is indeed a Good Samaritan beyond words. On Monday, 9/22/25, the transmission module on our sprinter rv failed when we were pulled over on I-80 at the Continental Divide 30 miles west of Rawlings. Jeff appeared misinformed about our situation with the wrong size truck. Not a problem. He left and returned with the Kenilworth. It was getting late. He expertly disengaged the drive shaft and drove us three hours in the rain to Mercedes in Loveland, CO, where we arrived at 10:30 pm. He knew the location beforehand and was aware of the tight parking lot; but, he expertly and precisely parked our vehicle. Knowing would be sleeping in our camper in the parking lot, he was thoughtful enough to inquire about our propane capacity because temperatures were dropping that night. The world would be a better place with more people like Jeff ready to serve. I think towing is not only his career but his ministry. Jeff, may you be infinitely blessed in your travels and your life.
