This towing company was amazing to work with. They picked me up within minutes of calling them when my car stopped in the middle of traffic. I really appreciated that because traffic was stopped behind me. I definitely recommend them!!

They said they ETA would be 45 minutes to an hour. Our driver waited over 4 hours and had to leave the truck. Speedy finally arrived around 2pm then charged us 4.5 hours and almost a 4k bill. Would not recommend. Honesty goes a long way.

Be aware before you call. I got a service today. When I called, I was told I was going to be charged $125 for loading my vehicle and $4 a mile to my house. When they arrived at my house, they were charging me almost double from what I was told; see picture below. I was being charged for the miles from their base to the location where my car was, and miles for the towing truck back to their base. If they had told me before the service, I might have understood and accepted the price, but if they just give you a high price at the end, that is really unprofessional. Ask before they send someone and record the phone call so you have proof for any changes!
