9.5.2025: Couldn't open the hood of my 2009 Saab 93. Panicked because the check coolant light was on. Stopped to tell Chris my Saab/sob story and he rescued me! He knew what to do to get it open....it wasn't an easy fix, but he did it. Kudos to Chris - my knight in shining armor!!

Just visited the store here in Wakefield for the first time. I always went to Autozone, mainly because it was a little closer. After one Autozone's employees was rude to my mother-in-law about switching a battery for her last week, I searched out other stores and came across this one. I spoke to Kim and explained that she wanted to buy a battery and have someone install it for her. The employees could not have been nicer and accommodating. They(Dan, I believe) swapped out the battery without any issue. Greatly appreciated! Today I decided to repay some customer loyalty and went to the store for my first time. I was greeted by Dan as I walked in and asked if I needed any help. I explained I was looking for PB Blaster for some brake bracket nuts. He walked me over and thoroughly explained the difference between the many varieties they had. Very knowledgeable. They have earned me as a customer, and I don't plan on going back to the other place. Very clean store and great customer service! Highly recommended!

Just went to the new O’Reilly in Wakefield for the first time and the young man Alex was extremely helpful with my problem. Helped me figure out what I needed really quickly and was professional and friendly. Smart move hiring quality staff like him. You’ve made a new customer.
