While my car was under warranty, the transmission had a slight knocking sound. During an oil change (he said he would fix everything perfectly under warranty), he installed an even more faulty transmission. When I told him the transmission was broken, he kept giving the same answer: "Just use it for a while, it will get better." I went there about 8 or 9 times to explain the problem. (He absolutely does not stand behind his work.) Because of him, I lost an extra $5000. I'm telling you, IF YOU HAVE A NEW MODEL CAR, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO THERE. (People who can't even be apprentices have opened a repair shop.) (Absolutely do not believe what they say; when they don't do the job, they will try to ignore you.) To avoid losing your money and patience, it's best to stay away from here.

Very honest and reliable people I thought I needed to get my 2011 Mercedes C300 starter needed change But in fact it was another problem less costly. They told me about it( which was super honest) and proceeded to work and also gave me an oil change

I highly recommend staying away from this place. The owner sold me a car claiming it was in “perfect condition,” which couldn’t have been further from the truth. Less than two months later, I was forced to pay almost $500 for a new battery, and I later found out both front wheel axles were damaged when it was sold to me. The level of dishonesty and lack of integrity here is unbelievable. It feels like this business cares only about taking your money, not about being honest or treating customers fairly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually values people—not just profit.
