Got the windows tinted here on my new to me ‘21 Elantra. Absolutely fantastic experience and I would recommend this shop to anybody, not even for just tint. The customer service is above par, the nice lady behind the desk was so sweet and helpful, and they even fit me in on 3 days notice as well as answered all of my questions and concerns over text. Not to mention the ceramic tint job they did on my car looks so damn good & professional! Nothing but a positive experience and will definitely be going back to them in the future, Thanks again!

I Feel Like My Hotel Valet Just Took My Supercar For A Joyride I recently bought a used car, and unfortunately, needed a window switch replacement. I read online reviews and based on such little negative reviews, I believed this company to be reliable. I called days ahead of time and made an appointment, per se. I dropped my car off at 9am and as the hours went on, growing impatient with no word, for such a small repair, at 2pm my mother insisting on driving past, and she saw my car on their lift in the garage, IN the AIR. That is not needed to fix a window switch. So, I called and was told various things about needing to wait for the part to come in, it could take awhile yada yada, and finally was told I could pick up my car "if i want to". And when the part comes in , I can stay with my car because it'll take 25 minutes. Well, thanks. When I picked up my car, whoever the servicer was at the desk (whom I talked to the entire service), proceeded to inform me about the defects of my after-market warranty, after he "read the entire packet" of my car dealership paperwork. I myself have also read every word of MY packet and pay for the warranty, therefore his words were nothing new to me, just invasive. In fact, I was surprised and happy with how much the warranty covered my bill. I understood what I was getting into when I bought my car, I wouldn't have a warranty if it weren't for the after-market.. What he failed to mention is why it took so long, why I had to contact them for an update after five hours, and why my car was on their LIFT. I do not like to fuss, so I did not ask. I seek honesty and I really don't like me or my car to be treated like a toy. A charm was moved in my car as well, something that could not have been in their way. I unfortunately have to continue the repair with Devough Werks because they ordered the part and talked to my warranty company already. But as a first-time customer, I will not be coming back once the repair is concluded. I have lost all trust. The servicer also insisted on keeping my dealership/warranty paperwork until I come back, "in case they call back". I was obviously misjudged due to how young I appear. I'm just about 22, looking 14 and this is my third car. I've dealt with a lot of repairs, as this is the newest car that I've ever owned, therefore I am not inexperienced. Much too unprofessional for me, and now I can't even trust online reviews, for such a well-respected online persona? This review needed to be wrote.
