If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, one is the minimum. The service I received was completely unprofessional and unreliable. After my tires, brakes, and rotors were replaced, I noticed noises coming from my tires and repeatedly called the shop—only to receive no response. Concerned, I took my car to another mechanic, who discovered broken sensors and valve stems left inside my tires—something that should never happen. It was clear the original mechanic didn’t care about properly installing the parts or ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive. To make matters worse, I never received a receipt for the services. I had to pick up my car unattended and leave a check for payment. Later, I discovered that two of the four brand-new tires I purchased in August were already showing excessive wear, while the other two remained fine. Both another mechanic and the Toyota dealership confirmed there were no underlying issues with the car itself. This suggests the tires may have been installed incorrectly, or worse, they might not have been truly new. Ultimately, I had to pay another shop to correct the mistakes, which should never have happened in the first place. I would not recommend this shop to anyone unless you’re prepared to spend even more money fixing their neglect—or worse, risk driving an unsafe vehicle. To top it off, the shop appears to have shut down, as no one is ever there, and calls continue to go unanswered. Worst service I’ve ever experienced!
