I find Segers to be the best place for heavy duty radiator service. They have bailed us out more than once and were very responsive to our needs. I live 3 hours away and am glad to drive there for their service. They even worked on one of our radiators over a weekend when we were in a time crunch. When we took our tractor truck to them with radiator leak a few years ago and they made us aware of an upcoming problem in engine that was not even radiator related and then fixed that issue too. They are busy, busy and the good ones always are. Hats off to them!

SERVICES & PRICE: 5 Tires mounted & balanced (have full size spare), plus 4 wheel Alignment for AWD car. $143 including taxes TIME WAITING: 3hrs 45mins WAITING AREA: Fancy, Clean & dead silent because the TV in the room wasn't even offered to be turned on. Walls are so thin you'll hear the various convos in the office. CUSTOMER SERVICE/ATMOSPHERE: Not even generic. I was the only one in the waiting room. I didn't feel welcomed nor like I was a paying customer. Barely anyone talked with me except to get keys and when I asked if I could pay while I waited. I felt very uncomfortable. And got stared at by employees coming in/out of the office. The UPS delivery guy had a more friendly experience than I. To top it off my car wasn't even driven by the mechanic down the road to check that everything was safe! Once I got in my car all the old tires were in the back seat & not disposed of. Tire disposal wasn't even offered for an extra fee by this place while I waited. I paid regardless and got the heck out of there. Only reason 2 stars is because the services where done and all the dogs outside were friendly. Makes sense why there hasn't been any reviews since 2016.
