Throughout, communication was excellent, including post-transaction follow-up. The corrupted hard disk was collected by courier shortly after I called, and I was promised a free diagnostic. I would only be charged if I choose to proceed after the free diagnostic (which I did). Before making this selection, the cost was determined. It wasn't inexpensive, but getting our images back was priceless. The entire procedure was simple and straightforward. The whole contents of the drive were retrieved.
