Extremely dissatisfied with their service. Our 2025, brand new vehicle had an issue, leaving it disabled in the roadway. Woolwich PD contacted Nick and Mario’s for an emergency tow. The truck that showed up was not properly equipped for the job. Our vehicle was not able to go into neutral, so the tow truck driver drug it up on the flat bad, skidding the tires the entire way. Being a tow truck, they should have been equipped with wheel dollies or at least tire skis to prevent damaging the vehicle, but they had neither. They refused to tow the vehicle to the nearest Honda dealer, stating it was too far for them to take it (30 minutes). The owner was rude when I questioned why they wouldn’t tow it to the dealer. So they drug the car off the flatbed in my driveway and we had to contact a different tow company to tow the vehicle to Honda. Terrible service, unequipped to properly and safely tow modern cars, all around a bad experience.

Very aggressive driving! Sending dash cam footage to PD - no reason to tailgate, especially when not towing anyone. Would never use this service
