I don’t know when the company changed but it did and for the worse. If you’re planning on getting your car inspected please read to save yourself from being taken advantage of…..you think you can trust people- WRONG and TJ Auto is one of them- so we found out today. Prior to my inspection. I got new tires and windshield wipers Saturday. 4 days later inspection day on a 4yr old car. We were told we needed brakes and rotors and windshield wipers for over $738. We said HECK NO!!!! NEVER AGAIN!! I had to pay $98 for a failed inspection thinking we will be back. No way!!! Please read this before taking you Echols to Tj’s. make your own educated decision. But you can longer trust that they have the consumers best interest in mind.

Awesome experience with my first visit to TJs. Thorough evaluation of vehicle, explanation of all my options and costs, took time to answer all my questions and reservations, did QUALITY work at very reasonable price, location is accessible and easy to get to, staff is so friendly and down to earth that I didn't want to leave. Honestly, they treated me like family, I guess I am as I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else.
