I am somewhat disappointed with this facility. I tried this repair facility because it was the closest to my location. They had me make an diagnostic appointment before a repair appointment could be established. And that was an unnecessary $100 spent which was charged for the diagnostic appointment. I already knew what repair I wanted them to do. I wanted them to R&R a clutch master cylinder, charge A/C with freon and check for the leak, and check windshield wiper motor fuse. The diagnostic consisted of the mechanic sitting in the drivers seat trying to figure out where the reverse gear is on a 6 speed manual transmission. After I told him which position the stick needs to be in he backed up about 20 feet and then moved forward about 20 feet. And that was all there was to the diagnostic. Made a repair appointment that was 2 weeks out. I already had a new clutch master cylinder in the box for them to use. The next day after I left the vehicle at the repair appointment I get a call telling me the problem is the transmission slave cylinder is bad, and was not the clutch master cylinder. I was also told that my vehicle did not have a clutch master cylinder, and the new part I had in the box was a brake master cylinder. That was an indication I was in the facility. The estimate for repair went from a couple hundred dollars to over $1800. I was also told the wiper motor needed replaced, I ask about a blown fuse, I don't know was the answer. The A/C had been charged with freon, I ask did they find the leak, I don't know was the answer. I had to get my vehicle out of this repair facility for sure. I ended up paying a total charge of $247 and the only thing that was accomplished is A/C freon, which may or may not stay in the system. Maybe they are just not trained to work on a 1999 CL1 Sick & Twisted Corvette, I DON'T KNOW!

I'm not sure how to rate them yet, so im going to just give them the benifet of the dought of 4 stars. I will update by the end of this week when I have a chance to drive my vehicle for a bit. One thing is that they are extremely friendly, they take the extra step to make you feel welcome.
