I called and asked for a Quote, this company was given specific information for what was required and THEY ACCEPTED THE JOB. It was scheduled for Friday and they rescheduled for Monday which I was ok with. When the time came to do the job, they started making up excuses to not do the job any more. First it was payment, which I agreed to fill out the authorization form, then, they said they could not complete the job unless me or someone from my company was there to receive the crane at port, which I obviously said it was not possible, since I am in California, I told them I could get a person there to receive the unit and they started coursing at me and said they would not do the job any more. If you already had an agreement to do something you should HONOR it and if you are not interested then you should just say so, do not make up excuses. Have better communication and do not quote something if you are not sure about the service you are providing. Worst towing service experience I have ever had.
