If I could give this shop 0... On February 16th 2026 called them to fix the simple coolant leak. They replaced the waterpump for no reason without any authorization. Their mechanic can't tell the difference between def system and alternator. However, nothing was fixed but my bill was $1731.10 We had the same issue like before. I have called another mechanic in the area and the leak was fixed in 30 minutes, my 2nd bill was $470.29 and the issue was resolved. ***Roadrunner is rude, clueless and they can't fix the simple coolant leak*** See pictures

Stay away from this business... I got pulled over by a Hwy patrol officer, and did a inspection on my vehicle and trailer, out of that inspection he got me out of service because of 1 hub bearing dust cover... He escorts me to this business so I can buy my dust cover and go with my trip to FL. After around 1hr the give me my Dust cover cap and charge me $57.68 for only one Dust Cover Cap that he got out of a 2 pices package that sales for $14.99 it the PJ trailers store... After Y paid for 1 Dust Cover Cap and part of their kids tuition I when back on the road learning not to buy from them and instead, next time get to the next seafe area, disconnect my trailer and go and get my own pars and don't follow recommendations from the DOT officer when is comes to fixin my equipment...

We had car trouble on our way to Illinois, a week before Christmas. Took our car here. The staff were very helpful, friendly and understanding. The lady from the office was able to take us, and whatever else we needed to a hotel. By Christmas Eve, the car was fixed. They picked us up at the hotel, to get the car. Car drives great now. Very helpful staff and place. Reasonable prices.
