Mike, the manager, spent 45 minutes on the phone with me before I even arrived, patiently listening to my concerns about my Class A motorhome (Cummins diesel) and offering helpful troubleshooting advice. He scheduled me for a time when his techs could immediately begin work. When I arrived, they were ready, thorough, and kind throughout the entire process. They diagnosed the misfire quickly, completed the repair, and Mike personally took the motorhome on a lengthy test drive to ensure everything was running perfectly. I was broke down on an interstate off ramp and they sent a mechanic to check the truck out. Thinking that the engine was locked up I was thinking it needed a full engine replacement. After towing it to Midwest Truck Repair and accessing the issue they were able to fix it and helped me avoid a more costly engine repair.
