FRAUD ALERT!!! if only there were negative stars. 2 different dispatchers (olaea & jade) called me, hours apart, to verify my vehicle, a 35 motorhome, wanting length, height, weight, axles and width. Several hours later they tell my roadside assist that they didnt know it was motorhome and wanted more money after already paying them $1500. they said they came by our location already but couldnt do tow without more money since it was heavy duty. then same dispatcher i spoke with the 2nd time verifying my vehicle info, called to tell me my insurance cancelled just now and they were ten minutes away so we would have to pay. when i called dispatcher by name, jade, & said they had been paid already, she said talk to insurance and hung up. FRAUD ALERT!!
