This has to be literally the WORST auto body shop I have ever did business with ever. Not only were they rude and disrespectful, they had my car for 2 weeks and did not even work on it because they failed to contact me or my insurance company about a supplement payment. They continuously gave false information to my insurance company or neglected to keep any of us informed on the status of my vehicle. When my car was finally ready after a month and a half of my insurance company calling and hassling them they didn’t even bother to clean up the interior. They left my floor mats unrecognizable stained from dirt to the point they needed to be replaced. I suggest no one ever use this shop for any cosmetic work ever!!

This is not a mechanic shop it is Baltimore county police tow yard, rude & misinformed customer service. Furthermore I have never seen a tow yard closed on anyday. So to charged somebody for a day that the business is closed is disgusting. Worse experience ever !!!

They were very kind and helpful. My car was involved in a rear collision and they were able to get the trunk open enough to get my sons nerf gun out...he was so happy and I could not thank them enough for going above and beyond for him.
