Tommy and the team at Tier Car care LLC are outstanding. On December 30th, the clutch line failed with my 2006 M3 convertible. I had come across Tier Car care LLC and since my previous mechanic had retired, I was desperate to find a new mechanic for larger more complex issues that I couldn’t handle myself. Thank goodness I saved that information and gave Tommy a call that morning. After I had it towed in Tommy and the team Quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue to get me back on the road again the next day (New Year’s Eve). I’ve had my car for 14 years and in that time, only had 2 mechanics have worked on it more than once or twice. One of those mechanics is retired now and the other one works for BMW. I won’t let just anybody touch my car. I’m picky. I’m meticulous. I waste their time asking 1000 questions, ask them to explain everything. Tommy and team not only did a great job repairing my car, but he put up with me,and actually was happy to talk about car stuff and Patiently answer every question I had about what the problem was, what he had done to fix it and what recommended items he might’ve seen when he was under there. In short, I think I’ve found my next great local Indy mechanic that I can trust with my car. I cannot recommend Tommy and his team at Tier Car care LLC more highly.

Best BMW knowledge, mechanics, and care you can get for your car, and doesn't just work on BMWs, they work on pretty much everything specializing in German cars. Tommy and DJ really take the time to look thoroughly through your car to determine the problems and the solutions and they explain it to you along the way. He has helped me diagnose my X3 and rebuild my M3 with a newly installed S54 engine. Tommy goes out of his way constantly to help others at any point in time. If you have an emergency he drops everything to help out. They constantly go the extra mile to help out and solve problems. Great service and great communication and they all show great pride in their work. Strongly recommend!
