Bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado from them and the Transmission went out less than 500 miles after purchase. Haven't even owned the truck for a week. The owner instantly started repeating that it was sold as is and blocked me. Clearly knew that there were issues with the truck and intentionally screwed me over. The reply below is the same company. Same owner. They only use the name Direct Auto Sales for their dealership license.

I purchased a gas tank for my guy. I was told it would be off around 10 or 1030. No , when I showed up at 11. They hadn't started and I was told to come back at 1. I made a statement about bad customer service, they got mad and refunded my money. So I guess they do so well that the customer doesn't matter.
