This owner is rude very unprofessional and no work ethics! He charged a lot of money to tow it off the highway (only 2miles) and offered no help once we told him we were picking it up. With our own tow trailer…. The Vogel’s Owner is rude! Locked up his shop once we arrived. He didn’t even want to move his tow truck out of the way so we could load it up. I would never recommend this place ever! And if I could give it no stars I would! But google forces you to pick one.

Small locally owned company and the owner was great. Very personable, genuine, and helpful. Kindness can go a long way. He did his job quickly when the State police called him for an accident tow; despite the fact I had wanted a AAA company (which Vogel's is not and was nothing against Vogel's.) He was easy to work with to pickup our vehicle from his lot as well.

I just want to say that how is truly an amazing and wonderful and fantastic person I was broke down and I-81 earlier today and I really didn't know exactly where I was and I did the best I could trying to get in my location because I had a blowout in my car on my car. Anyway I called him and he called me back and I told him the mile marker I was and you figured it out finally have to drive and an extra 20 minutes or so trying to find me so he picked me up in the pouring rain and took me to my house and you only charged me $100 now I'm on disability so that's a lot of money but to be honest I could have been a hell of a lot more and it should have been you know this guy is truly an amazing person and if you any problems with your car I need it fix please go to him he is truly an amazing special person
