Once in a blue moon there will be good items, but i find sometimes it is overpriced, or there is barely anything available with the half priced tag color. The shelves also seem so empty. Usually when you go into Salvation Army/Goodwill/ Savers they have a ton of stuff that you can look through, but i find that anything other than clothes is really lacking at the Dayville location. I know they count on donations, but they also seem slower to put out the Homegood items.

The workers there are kind and helpful but please be cautious if you are calling to get any info on donations as it just directs you to a call center. I had called ahead to see if this specific location takes mattress donations (as some specific locations do take them) since we just bought a brand new one that didn't work out for us. Someone from the call center answered and I stressed to them we have to be certain they take them at this location as we had to rent a truck to bring the mattress. The lady from the call center reassured me multiple times the Dayville location took them, so we went through with renting a truck and bringing the mattress. When we got to the store however the manager let us know they did NOT take mattresses and apologized for our time and money being wasted and tried to help us out however they could. They also explained their in-store phone isn't connected or working so they cannot take the calls themselves. You are much better off going to the store first and asking the employees directly as it seems the people from the call center don't care to give you the right information per location. The manager who spoke to us was super kind and apologetic about the situation, and tried to give us more info about other places nearby.
