Called to check the time for an emission test and they said it would be 20 minutes. I arrived within 15 minutes of the call and after an hour +, they claimed they were short staffed, then the bay was blocked and then they didn't know when they could do it. Had they only communicated just a little bit, I would not be writing this review.

Another wrench was left under my windshield wiper. This is the second one I have from Modern. I also found my hubcap lock under my hood on a separate occasion. Seems to be a trend of leaving things

Cant say enough good things about this place. I've lived in cheshire all my life and throughout all my cars, I always come here for basic car repairs. Always get treated with the up most respect.
