There was a staffing issue at the Elmwood Park branch so I would have to come a few hours later, which didn’t work for me. I got a call from Shawanda. She was proactive in offering a solution—I could see her at Pinebrook at the same appointment time. I had to keep the appointment time due to catching an international flight in the late afternoon.
