I’ve had such a great experience living at Avalon Montville and felt it was worth taking a moment to share. From day one, the community has been well-maintained, peaceful, and easy to call home. The grounds are clean, the apartments are thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you hope for when choosing a place to live. What really sets Avalon Montville apart, though, is the team. The leasing and management staff truly care about residents and it shows in the day-to-day experience. David and Sarah are always welcoming, professional, and responsive — whether it’s a quick question or something that needs follow-up, they make you feel heard and taken care of. Chris has also been great to work with and consistently brings a calm, solutions-oriented approach. The maintenance team deserves special recognition as well. Eddie, Chris, and Luis are fantastic — issues are handled quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude. It’s rare to find a team that’s not only skilled but also genuinely friendly and respectful when they come into your home. Overall, living here has been stress-free and enjoyable, which is exactly what you want from an apartment community.

I had an excellent experience at Avalon Montville. From start to finish, the entire process felt smooth, welcoming, and genuinely well thought out. David led the tour and was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent about the community, floor plans, and amenities. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and answered every question thoroughly without ever making the experience feel rushed or sales-driven. It was clear he takes a lot of pride in the property and in making sure prospective residents feel comfortable and informed. Sarah was also fantastic and clearly plays a big role in keeping the community running seamlessly. Together, they made the experience feel professional, organized, and personable, which is not always easy to find. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with modern finishes, great amenities, and a layout that feels both practical and upscale. The community atmosphere feels calm and thoughtfully designed, and it’s easy to see why people enjoy living here.

Please make garage accessible for all residents during a snow storm. It would make it easier to clean outside lots and help residents be more prepared and safe. Having an empty indoor parking garage and having residents struggle to clean their cars or around it since their outside, isn’t feasible. It would also save Avalon money rather than having plow trucks come on multiple days to try to clear everything. Thank you.
