‼️HELP ME MAKE THIS MAN FAMOUS‼️ A few days ago while working on my driveway I got my skid steer stuck, my driveway was in no way ready for the heavy rains and I quite literally had a lake in my front yard and a stuck skid steer. So I call Bill Donley with Donley Equipment and Repair. Im asked to send pictures of the recovery, i said pics and he onows what hes getting into. The easiest recovery he will ever get He quotes me over the phone $375 an hour. I ask him, "is that your minimum?" I'm misled by Bill to believe that because of the ease of recovery and him being 21 minutes from my house, that it's going to be one hour. That's fine, I'm happy to pay good money for honest work. This man shows up at 11:59 and tells me he would have been here sooner if he didn't take the Denton Ferry (11 extra miles and an additional 30 minutes of travel time with his gooseneck trailer and machine). He then proceeds to hook up my machine and drag it through the ruts WITH THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ON. First video is him dragging it with the emergency brake on, his helper is not driving it. This process took 19 seconds. You can see in the time stamps that his truck is at the end of my driveway (circled) and he's loaded up. 12:05pm He tells me $700 and I hand him $600 and tell him I need to go back for another $100. This GREEDY man didn't say "6 will do" he said "I'll wait" This man has 48 minutes involved in this recovery and he feels that 700 dollars is justified!!! 21 minutes to my house, 21 minutes to his shop. 6 minutes at my house. Not my fault or my problem that he took the long way after i TEXTED HIM DIRECTIONS 48 MINUTES FOR 700 DOLLARS ARE YOU KIDDING ME BILL. You weren't even willing to see my side of how I felt taken advantage of. I was cordial, I was polite, I did not ask for money back, I simply told this man that I felt extremely taken advantage of and he said "too bad". I paid this man $700 to drive the scenic route along the river and drag my machine through the mud with the emergency brake on. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR DONLEY EQUIPMENT AND REPAIR.

They do good work here some people might say they're priced high but its the difference in done right or done twice! Don't get discouraged they do exceptional work and have a great group of guys working here. If you need any work done give them a call they're usually pretty quick on the turn around
