Omg! They were an Absolute life saver last night. My AAA could not assist my towing needs due to me needing a tow truck with a dolly? We called over 10 companies companies that claimed their were 24 hour and dolly equipped tow trucks. False advertisement. We came upon Griffiths and Son. The dispatcher took the call right away and was very professional a driver was dispatched earlier than the time he gave me a reasonable price and the driver was super polite and professional!! I had been waiting 3 1/2 hours in my truck after AAA could not assist me they said until the next morning . I was so shocked about AAA. I will use Griffiths for any of my future towing needs as well as telll everyone how super PROFESSIONAL they are.And then they were right in my area to my home. This was a God's sent.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?? THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN!!

When u are ALREADY DOWN ON YOUR LUCK, YOUR CAR IS IMMEDIATELY IMMOBILE, YOU WANT good service..wellll they offered the BEST TOW SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD! Fast, reliable, friendly..we called around and the price changed with others based on how stressed I sounded...smh but Griffiths is a standard rate and again just amazing. Save their number!

EDIT ADDED TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: I needed a quick tow on Oct 1, 2025 because my very old MDX was giving me a problem. The owner literally got to me in less than 5 minutes. Need I say anymore?! Love having this tow company in our community!!!!! **************************************** Had the opportunity to communicate with the owners of this company on several occasions during the past few months regarding a tow business matter. Every time I reached out to them, they were both extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and made themselves available to answer any and all questions to the best of their ability and in a clear and concise manner. They were willing to work with our community within the boundaries of the law, and they also offered to accommodate a request for customized signs. If there was a need that they felt they could not meet, they were honest and explained why they would not be able to meet that need. It was refreshing to see that this company has maintained a 5-star Google rating as well as an impeccable record of ZERO complaints with the Better Business Bureau in comparison to other local Baltimore tow truck companies. For this area, that is an accomplishment that speaks volumes to their business ethics and should be recognized. May Griffiths and Sons Towing continue to expand their businesses and ethically serve our community for many generations to come. Again, thank you for the patience and customer service that you provided.
